Who I am

Dempsey Visuals is run by me, Mitchell Dempsey, a photographer and videographer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I'm responsible for the information you send through this website. You can reach me at mitchell@dempsey-visuals.com.

What the enquiry form collects

Your name and email address, which are required, and your business, sector and message if you add them.

That's all. This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies and doesn't track you between visits. Like any website, the hosting provider keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

Why I collect it

To reply to your enquiry, send availability and a quote, and arrange the shoot if you book. I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.

Who sees it

Only me. Form entries are saved to a Google Sheet in my Google account, and I get an email when one arrives. Google stores that data for me as a service provider. The website is hosted by Netlify. I don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.

Google and Netlify may store data on servers outside the UAE.

How long I keep it

If an enquiry doesn't lead to a booking, I delete it within 12 months of our last contact. If you book, I keep what I need for the work and for invoices and tax records for as long as UAE law requires.

Seeing or deleting your details

Email mitchell@dempsey-visuals.com from the address you used and tell me what you'd like: a copy of what I hold, a correction, or deletion. I'll do it and confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Changes

If anything here changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
